1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Shynnest Traders (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person (“you” or “user”) who accesses, uses, or makes purchases through our website www.shynnest.com (the “Site”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

6. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without notice. Any such price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Additionally, we may charge delivery fees, which will be disclosed during the checkout process.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Shynnest Traders. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of stock, errors in pricing or product information, or issues related to payment authorization. The contract between you and Shynnest Traders will only be formed upon dispatch of the products.
8. Payment Terms
We accept payments through secure, RBI-compliant gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. By providing payment information, you represent that the details you provide are valid and you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your payment information.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery within India. Shipping times may vary based on location and product availability, and all shipping times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, acts of nature, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond that period, cancellations may not be accepted if the product has already been dispatched. Our Return and Refund Policy allows returns for defective products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be issued for eligible products and will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
11. Data Privacy and Protection
We collect and process personal data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable regulations. Personal information collected from you during your interactions with the Site is securely stored and will only be used for the purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the products purchased by you.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of Haryana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
15. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints. The Grievance Officer’s details are available on our Contact Us page. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
16. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shynnest Traders regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
